The BPW is excited to announce our Summer Photo Pass is back—the perfect way to explore photography and enhance your skills for one low price all summer long!

 
 

By purchasing the Summer Photo Pass, you can take any one-day workshops or online classes you want with the BPW between June 1 and August 31, 2025.

The Summer Photo Pass gives you a chance to discover new photo topics, revisit your favorites, and get plenty of hands-on practice at no extra cost for three whole months. Want to light paint at night, take a day trip to Providence, or become a better photo editor? You don’t have to choose—take them all, all summer long.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Purchase your 2025 Summer Pass

  2. Within 48 hrs, we’ll email you your unique Pass number

  3. When you’re ready to register for any one-day workshop or online class that falls within the dates, proceed like any normal purchase, adding your class to your cart and then checking out.

  4. During check-out, enter all of your information (name, email, etc.)

  5. Enter your Pass number in the “Gift or Discount” area to apply your Summer Pass credit.

  6. Complete all remaining registration details.

  7. That’s it! You’ll receive an automated confirmation email confirming your enrollment. Class details will be shared 2-3 days prior to your class.

 

Photo Pass Details / The Fine Print:

  • Enrollment Limits: 4 Pending Workshops

  • A “pending workshop” is one you’ve enrolled in, but not yet participated in. To allow equal access to our workshops we have a limit of 4 pending workshops for all Pass Holders.

  • Once you’ve taken a workshop, it is no longer a “pending” workshop, and you are welcome to enroll in additional classes.

No-Show Policy:

  • We understand that life happens and sometimes you can't make a class. With the popularity of the Summer Photo Pass and small class size, we ask that you be considerate about missing workshops.

  • To ensure fair access, three no-shows or class cancellations are permitted. After three cancellations you’ll need to manually enroll in workshops via email. See FAQs (below) for further details.

Recent Workshop Purchases

  • If you’re interested in buying a Summer Photo Pass but recently bought a workshop or online class that falls between June 1 and August 31, 2025, we’re happy to refund you for your previous purchase. To get your refund:

    • Purchase your Summer Photo Pass.

    • Email us with the order numbers from your previously purchased workshop(s)/class(es) and your Summer Pass.

    • We’ll refund your workshop(s)/class(es) purchases.

Canceled Workshops:

  • If a workshop is canceled due to weather, or other factors, the BPW will do it’s best to transfer summer pass holders into the next available workshop. If the same workshop is not offered in the eligible timeframe (or is sold out), we’ll issue you a unique code you can use to take the class (at no cost). This code will be good thru the rest of the calendar year.

  • Workshops that sell out (not canceled) are not eligible for codes that can be used outside of applicable pass dates.

  • The BPW Summer Pass may be used for all one-day workshops and online classes taking place June 1, - Aug 31st, 2025

  • Yep! The BPW Summer Pass allows you to take any one-day workshop or online class as many times as you like as ling as they fall within the applicable dates.

  • The BPW Summer Pass is only for the purchaser of the pass and cannot be transferred.

  • The BPW Summer Pass my only be applied to one-day workshops, or online class.

  • Nope. As long as they fall within the specified dates, you can take as many as you like!

  • Unfortunately, we can’t gaureentee that we will offer another workshop that runs in the predetermined dates. We typically have multiple offerings of each class, so check back and see if there's another class date!

  • Summer Passes may be refunded within 72 hours of purchase, after 72 hrs a refund may not be issued.

  • Yes. If you’ve recently enrolled in a workshop that falls in the Summer Pass dates, you may received a refund. To receive a refund, 1) complete your purchase of the BPW Summer Pass. 2) email us with the Order #s of both your recently purchased workshop(s) and the Summer Pass, and request a refund.

  • We understand that life happens and sometimes you can't make a class. Because of the popularity of the Summer Photo Pass and small class sizes, we ask that you be considerate about missing workshops. If you need to miss a workshop, please email us as soon as possible to let us know. If miss three of your scheduled classes, you’ll need to manually enroll in workshops via email (see below).

  • After 3 missed workshops, your photo pass will be placed on hold. To register for a class, you’ll need to email us to enroll in a workshop. After 4 missed workshops your photo pass will be deactivated. No refund can be issued.
