Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Standard Refunds & Cancellations
Our standard cancellation and withdrawal policy for regular classes is as follows:
Withdrawal 3 or more days before class date = 100% refund of your tuition
Withdrawal within 72 hours of class date = we are unable to provide a refund but you may transfer to another workshop of equal or lesser value. Any remaining balance may be carried over to another workshop for 2-years.
Cancelations within 24hrs, or no shows are not eligible for a refund.
Transfers
Our standard transfer policy for regular classes is as follows:
Request a transfer up to 72 hours before class date = free transfer
Request a transfer within 72 hours of class date = $25 administrative fee
Need to transfer a class? Contact us and let us know which class you are registered for, as well as which class date you would like to transfer to!
No Show
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for students who do not attend class without contacting us ahead of time. Please contact us for more information on transfers.
Special events and travel workshops have slightly different cancellation policies, due to the advanced planning of the trip. Please check the event webpage for specific details.
Special Events
Purchases made with gift certificates will be refunded back onto the gift certificate. Our gift certificates never expire and can be used for any of our offerings.
