Architecture of Boston

Explore the streets, frame the skyline, and tell Boston’s architectural story

Join us for an easy-paced photo walk and learn how to capture the character and beauty of Boston’s architecture. Perfect for beginner and hobbyist photographers, this workshop combines hands-on instruction with an inspiring urban setting.

What to Expect

We’ll start in a central location with a quick chat about camera settings, lens choices, and the essentials of architectural photography. Then we’ll set off on a 3-hour photo walk through handpicked spots that highlight the city’s historic charm and modern skyline.

Along the way, you’ll receive individual guidance to improve your technique—whether it’s fine-tuning your exposure, experimenting with composition, or learning how to make buildings come alive in your frame. If the weather turns, we’ll explore Boston’s beautiful indoor landmarks like the Boston Public Library.

We’ll end the day with a memorable skyline shot that captures Boston at its best.
